Tom Matlack 

Mr. Thomas N. Matlack Co-Founded Good Men Media Inc., in 2009. He currently serves as an Investment Advisor of Cedar Lake Partners LLC. Mr. Matlack was the Founder and Managing Partner of Megunticook Management Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Providence Journal Company where he had a leading role in selling their cable division for $1.4 billion to Continental Cablevision.

Matlack took the company public and sold to a Dallas based corporation for $2 billion. In addition, Mr. Matlack has been a Director of LodgeNet Interactive Corporation for over 4 years. He worked at Houghton Mifflin Company and Goldman, Sachs and Co. He is predominantly experienced in technology ventures where he has had much success for example he invested a $7.5 million and gained investors at a $5 billion valuation investment with Art Technology Group. He serves on the Boards of various companies. He received studied Business Administration at Wesleyan University and M.B.A. degree from Yale School of Management. Mr. Marlack also hold his CFA.
